Sprint 6 Schedule
Sprint 6 Kickoff Meeting
When: Tuesday, November 14, 9:30 am. Don't be late!
Where: Green Center PET (Petroleum Hall). All full-class meetings will be in this room.
What: We will discuss the home stretch! Agenda includes:
- Learn about home stretch.
- No scheduled advisor meetings this sprint unless you need one. You should be meeting with your client at least once this sprint.
No Guest Speaker this sprint due to Thanksgiving break
Goals for the Sprint:
- Practice your final presentations - see the practice talk schedule.
- Deliver your product to the client in whatever fashion they require (e.g., on git, via CD, etc.).
Deliverables
- Final presentation. See the presentation schedule for logistics.
- Final Report to review team. Due to other team by noon Tuesday, December 05. Reviews completed by 5pm on Thursday, December 07.
- Final Report for grading. Due by midnight on Sunday, December 10; submit an electronic copy to your advisor. Be sure to adhere to Style guidelines.
- Final Report for posting. Due by midnight on Sunday, December 10, email a pdf to kathleenmariekelly@mines.edu.
- Final team member evaluation. These will be done via CATME; the evaluation window closes Tuesday, December 05, at midnight. You will receive an email when it is available; be sure to submit an evaluation!
- Individual personal reflection, due at midnight on Monday, December 11.
