Sprint 6 Schedule
Sprint 6 Kickoff Meeting
When: Monday, November 11, 8:00 am. Don't be late!
Where: Green Center, Metals Hall. All full-class meetings will be in this room.
What: We will discuss the home stretch! Agenda includes:
- Learn about home stretch.
- One last final wrapup.
- You should be meeting with your advisor and your client at least once this sprint.
No Guest Speaker this sprint as we wrap up!
Goals for the Sprint:
- Practice your final presentations - see the practice talk schedule.
- Deliver your product to the client in whatever fashion they require (e.g., on git, via CD, etc.) ideally before your presentation unless you have worked out another date with them.
Deliverables
- Final presentation. See the presentation schedule for logistics.
- Final Report to review team. Due to other team by noon Thursday, November 21. Reviews completed by midnight on Friday, November 22.
- Final Report for grading. Due by midnight on Friday, December 6; submit an electronic copy in Canvas. Be sure to adhere to Style guidelines.
- Final Report for posting. Due by midnight on Friday, December 6, email a pdf to kathleenmariekelly@mines.edu.
- Final team member evaluation. These will be done via CATME; the evaluation window closes Friday, December 6 at midnight. You will receive an email when it is available; be sure to submit an evaluation!
- Individual personal reflection, due at midnight on Sunday, December 8.
- Innovation Fair is Tuesday, December 3 at 5pm in the Student Center Ballrooms. Your team needs to make an appearance!
