As the Iudex of Fontaine, and leader of the Marechaussee Hunters, it is my duty to ensure that the nation of Fontaine and its citizens be represented justly and fairly. For successful communication with Arda Land, I must conjure graphics through the OpenGL 4.0 library. This webpage will document my journey.

Lab 00


As a test of my abilities, I have created a sample triforce and a depiction of the land of Fontaine.

Lab 01


As descriptive still pictures are, the best exploration requires animation and moving parts. After thorough testing, I now hold the ability of animation.

Lab 02


Exploring the 3D space will also require my knowledge. Thus, a flight simulator testing a free cam is seen.

Lab 03


I have encountered a harmless monster in Ardaland. Animated and mapped with a texture. This creature now stands before me on the rainbow quad I had made. This quad used a special type of magic that utilizes VAOs, VBOs, and IBOs to cast magic faster.

Lab 04


I have gained more experience as time passes. With the new knowledge of shaders, I now posses the ability to individually color vertices and blending.

Lab 05


Ardaland has reintroduced the flight simulator previously made, now in a new light. Using the Phong reflectance model in conjunction with Gouraud shading, the city that sprawled before me had heightened in detail and showed the power of illumination.

Lab 06


A new power has been introduced in the form of texture mapping. Using a still image picture, a plane can be made using such textures through the mapping of their elements.

A2 - A Journey in the Dark


The man asks for a portrait and a test of my abilities. I must show that Fontaine is no weak entity and that I must be able to withstand and move around to other places, and defend myself... (MLB + SPACE)

A3 - Journey to the Cross-roads


The man now asks for a 'people mover' before the official construction of my ride. To satisfy him, I remembered a certain vehicle from my time in Veluriyam Mirage, a place created by the Hexenzirkel witches. The Choo-Choo cart, a most suitable vehicle for the purpose of people moving.

Midterm Project - Over Hill and Under Hill


I had found a crew of other heros transported and confused just like me. But with our capabilities, we should be able to make an area worth exploring and naming as our own. With this, we have created a beautiful landscape in a land of lush green.
But suddenly, the land turned dark. And out from the ground came pumpkin monsters shaking the very land. All trees lost color and the sky turned a dark red. We must fight to protect our land and save the last tree that still stood tall.
