Sprint 5 Kickoff Meeting
When: Tuesday, October 31, 9:30 am. Don't be late!
Where: Green Center PET (Petroleum Hall). All full-class meetings will be in this room.
What: We will discuss Finishing Strong. Agenda includes:
- Learn about release and delivery.
- Schedule team meetings with the advisors. You should also be meeting with your client at least once this sprint.

Goals for the Sprint
- Sprint planning with your client (do this early in the sprint!)
- Come up with your Results plan
- Continue with Scrum - big coding push to finish on time!
Deliverables
Scrum
During your meeting with your advisor, you will practice:
- Daily scrum stand-up
- Go over QA/Ethics presentation feedback
- Review your Results plan
- Have a discussion about Ethics in your team meeting with your advisor
- Sprint retrospective. This will be used to identify issues with project, client, and/or team. You will do a team member evaluation this sprint and at the end of the session. There should be no surprises - if there are issues, let's talk about them!!
