Sprint 4 Schedule
Sprint 4 Kickoff Meeting
When: Tuesday, October 10, 9:30 am. Don't be late!
Where: Green Center PET (Petroleum Hall). All full-class meetings will be in this room.
What: We will discuss Software Engineering Quality and Testing. Agenda includes:
- Learn about Software Engineering Quality and Testing.
- Schedule team meetings with the advisors. You should also be meeting with your client at least once this sprint.
No Guest Speaker this sprint due to fall break on October 17!
Goals for the Sprint
- Sprint planning with your client (do this early in the sprint!)
- Come up with your QA/Testing plan
- Continue with Scrum - big coding push to finish on time!

- Software Quality document
- Ethical Considerations document
Scrum
During your meeting with your advisor, you will practice:
- Daily scrum stand-up.
- Do an ethics paraphrase in your team meeting with your advisor (if you have not done this already).
- Review your QA plan
- Sprint retrospective. This will be used to identify issues with project, client, and/or team. You will do a team member evaluation this sprint and at the end of the session. There should be no surprises - if there are issues, let's talk about them!!
