Sprint 3 Schedule
Sprint 3 Kickoff Meeting
When: Monday, September 28, 8:00 am. Don't be late!
Where: Green Center, Metals Hall. All full-class meetings will be in this room.
What: We will discuss Quality Assurance and Testing. Agenda includes:
- Learn about Quality Assurance and Testing.
- Schedule team meetings with the advisors. You should also be meeting with your client at least once this sprint.

Where: Green Center, Metals Hall. All full-class meetings will be in this room.
What: Jim Weiler, retired after 20+ years with Lockheed Martin
Goals for the Sprint
- Sprint planning with your client (do this early in the sprint!)
- Continue with Scrum
- Big coding sprint, while also thinking about your software quality plan
Deliverables
- Software Quality plan
- CATME Peer evaluations (you should receive an email with instructions).
Scrum
During your meeting with your advisor, you will practice:
- Daily scrum stand-up
- Go over your software quality plan
- Go over design proposal presentation feedback
- Sprint retrospective. This will be used to identify issues with project, client, and/or team. You will do a team member evaluation this sprint and at the end of the session. There should be no surprises - if there are issues, let's talk about them!!
