The sixth set of assignments have been posted. Details for A6 and Lab6 are now available. Note that the due date has been pushed back to November 10, allowing you extra time to work on this assignment after the exam. Make use of your day off following the exam to work on these assignments.

Here is the list of Exam 1 Prep materials:

• Exam 1 Topics. These are a collection of all the daily learning outcomes. If you can answer or do everything listed, then you will be in good shaped.
• Sample Exams: Fall 2014 Exam 1, Fall 2014 Exam 2. The solutions will be posted later for you to verify. In Fall 2014, the material was in a slightly different order so you will find questions about variables, conditionals, and functions on Exam 1. Exam 2 will have questions about arrays. Ignore the questions about file input/output and classes.
• Review Questions: Part I (due Fri 10/27), Part II (due Mon 10/30). If you complete each set of questions prior to the class stated, then show your answers to your instructor and you will receive 2 extra credit points per set of questions you complete. A total of 4 extra credit points can be acquired.

The third set of assignments have been posted. Details for A3 and Lab3 are now available. Note: Lab3D will be posted later when we begin Module 4.

Welcome to CSCI 261 - Programming Concepts! While there is not too much here just yet, here is a quick guide to where everything is. You will be able to find the labs & homework assignments on the assignments page. As we cover more topics and more examples are used in class, they will become available on the resources page. The schedule page will list the reading required for the upcoming class - you will want to visit this page most often. Until then, be sure to look at the syllabus and familiarize yourself with the course and this website. Read all of the pages, especially those linked on the resources page
