The Dungeon Master's Campaign Companion

(DMCC)

Intro
The Dungeon Master's Campaign Companion (DMCC) is an application designed for use by dungeon masters playing D&D. Its primary purpose is to help the dungeon master plan battles and enemy encounters for their players, as well as manage the battles during play. The application allows the DM to maintain multiple sets of campaigns, battles, and persistant characters.

How it Works
Most of the app is fairly intuitive, as much of it is designed around keeping and organizing your information for your games, not performing complex behind-the-scenes tasks. When the app is first opened, the user may create a new campaign or choose any campaign they have already created. Inside the campaign, the user has the option to modify battles, character and general enemy lists, or to select the alert option from the activity menu, where the user can set up a notification reminder to do campaign preparation. In the character and general enemy menus, the user can create preset combatants. Then, in the battle menu, the user can either add one of these premade characters to the initiative order, or they may create a new character. By tapping on a character in the battle activity, a detail view opens up where the user can edit character information, abilities, and attacks. Finally, there is a photo feature which can be used to take pictures of minis, character sheets, or anything else the DM wishes, as well as a photo viewer (accessed by tapping on the preview) that allows the user to zoom and pan around the image.
