Convince me you've read/considered the material. Personal examples are great, especially as you use various software. There's a lot of material... what can you do to remember?
Personal Example: In chapter 8, I really related to the idea that we forget clean-up steps. We had a debate in our household about whether the dryer vent should be cleaned when removing your clothes OR (my choice) before putting the clothes in. To me, that's a cleanup task, which the dryer users would easily forget. Alas, I lost that argument (the other person clearly had not read Mind in Mind!) - but I still think it's a good example of a closing task.
