Additional Information

Breakfast, and pizza or sandwiches for lunch will be provided both days. Light refreshments will be provided during breaks.

You will be assigned to either the Morning or Afternoon group based on your team's presentation time (which is normally based on your client's preference). You are required to attend all presentations for your group on both days (i.e., either both mornings or both afternoons). Business casual dress is required for both days (not just the day you are presenting).

Presentations will be evaluated by students (one evaluation form per team) as well as the advisors. You should evaluate all teams except the team immediately before and after your presentation (you'll skip the team before so that you can immediately set up for your presentation; you'll skip the team after so that you can chat with your client). Evaluation forms will be provided prior to the first presentation. Be sure to review the evaluation criteria in advance so you know how the presentations will be evaluated.

It's a good idea to practice your final presentations in BB W210 (Monday) or BB W280 (Tuesday).
